This program is more than just training. It’s about commitment — to yourself, your goals, and the process. Monday is Day 1, and I want you to feel ready to move, not just motivated.

Here are three things to lock in before we hit the ground running:

1. Fuel Your Body Right:

  • Go shopping this weekend and fill your kitchen with whole, nutrient-dense foods.

  • Think lean proteins, complex carbs, and healthy fats — nothing too processed.

  • You’ll need consistent energy — so prep meals that set you up to win.

2. Set Your Routine:

  • Look at your calendar and block out your training time.

  • Whether it’s 6 AM or 6 PM, make it non-negotiable.

3. Commit to the Process:

  • Write down 3 reasons why you’re doing this.

  • Think beyond aesthetics — is it strength? Discipline? Proving something to yourself?

  • Keep this list visible. You’ll need it on tough days.

Anti-Vision: Redefine Your Path Activity

Sometimes figuring out what you want can feel overwhelming. There are so many possibilities, goals, and versions of yourself that it’s hard to know where to start.

But what if you flipped it?

Try this: Create your Anti-Vision.
Write down what you don’t want your life to look like. Be brutally honest:

  • What kind of habits would make you unhappy?

  • What would your life look like if you never made a change?

  • How would you feel if you stayed stuck, unmotivated, or inconsistent?

Once you have your Anti-Vision in front of you, you’ll see something powerful:
Your desires and goals often live on the opposite side of that reality.

Use your Anti-Vision to work backwards.
Ask yourself: What habits or routines would take me in that direction? Then, commit to doing the opposite.

Hybrid-X is about progress, not perfection. And sometimes, identifying what you want to avoid is the most impactful way to build the life you do want.
