🔥 Hybrid Workout of the Week: “No Excuses Burn” (At-Home Edition)

This one hits everything in under 30 minutes—with just your body and a single dumbbell.

🧠 Focus: Full-body strength + conditioning
⏱ Duration: ~28 minutes
🛠 Equipment: 1 dumbbell (or backpack)

[Format: 4 Rounds]

  1. 10 Dumbbell Thrusters

  2. 12 Alternating Reverse Lunges (weighted or bodyweight)

  3. 10 Push-ups

  4. 12 Dumbbell Bent-over Rows (use a gallon jug or household items)

  5. 15 Jump Squats

  6. 100m Run OR 30-sec High Knees
    Rest 60–90 sec between rounds. Track your time. Try to beat it next week.
