🏋️‍♂️ Workout 1: Barbell Complex

A non-stop series of barbell movements strung together into one fluid grind. You’re not just lifting—you’re conditioning under a bar. It builds strength, coordination, and mental toughness. Rest between rounds, not reps.

🔥 Workout 2: Sprints

Short. Aggressive. Purposeful. Sprints build power, speed, and anaerobic capacity—things machines and long cardio just can’t. Your goal? Hit the same intensity every round. Control your recovery. Then hit again.

🧠 Mindset: From Good to Great
Most people stop at good enough. But great? Great requires pressure. Sacrifice. Stretch goals that make your stomach turn a little.
This program was a leap for me—filming, editing, scripting, training while solo parenting—but I did it because I knew good wasn’t going to cut it anymore.
