Team!

Being alone doesn’t always mean lonely. Sometimes, it means choosing to show up — even when no one else is around to push you. When no one’s clapping. When it’s not for social media likes and views.

It means doing the reps when your toddler is napping.
Or dragging yourself out for a walk after a long shift.
Or putting your phone away and giving yourself 30 minutes to sweat because it’s the one thing you promised you’d do for yourself today.

No fancy playlist. No pre-workout. No one clapping.
Just you, your reason, and the quiet fight to keep becoming better.

This is where the shift happens — in the moments you think don’t matter.
Because they do. And you do too.

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. But if you want to be unstoppable — learn to go alone until the right ones catch up.”

Performance Habit to Try This Week

Silence Reps

Train or walk once this week without mysic, podcasts, or distractions.

Just breathe. Your thoughts. Your pace.

Trust me—your brain needs as much conditioning as your body.

I literally got to the gym this week and forgot my headphones…I was tempted to go back home. BUT I decided this was a great opportunity to let my mind think about any thought that came to mind, without any judgement. Other than the gym music being lame, it was a great opportunity for me to focus!

You don’t have to do this all of the time, but give it a shot!
