Right now is your prep phase — and it matters more than you realize.
The small actions you take now will create momentum you’ll ride into the program. If you wait until Day 1 to “get ready,” you’re already a step behind.
Here’s what I want you to work on this week:
🔹 Dial in your habits:
Pick two simple non-negotiables you’ll stick to daily — like hitting your water goal or getting 7 hours of sleep. Start now so it’s second nature later.
TIP: Your daily water goal is roughly 1 ounce of water per your body weight.
🔹 Track your baseline:
Take a few minutes to record your current stats:
Photos (front, side, back)
Mood (1-10 scale)
Daily steps
Water intake
Energy levels
No judgment — this is just your starting line. Every change you make is going to be built off this version of you.
🔹 Visualize your commitment:
Write a short note to yourself (yes, physically write it) about why you're doing this. What does the strongest version of you look like? Feel like? Move like? Keep it somewhere you can see it often.
This next chapter is about more than workouts.
It’s about building a mindset that doesn’t wait to “feel ready” — it just acts.
